My stay at Shephards View was amazing! The place comes fully equipped, and has fantastic amenities - the hot tub was particularly lovely. The hosts are very responsive and kind, and all our needs/requests were fulfilled promptly. It was excellent value for money. Will definitely be coming back for another holiday!

LOVED our stay here at the Sheperd's View, I booked this as a surprise for my boyfriends birthday and despite the weather being rainy, it made the hut super cosy. Loved the vegetable patch, the outdoor "Sheep's dip" was so good and loved the big Shire horses coming up to say hi :)
I love the sustainability element to the site and it was a true breath of fresh air.

A very lovely retreat in an idealic part of Stafford. The horses are very friendly and will expect nose rubs when they say hello to you, all 9 foot something of the two of them, and the sheep will give you a audible wake up call, but could not recommend more. The vegetable patch was a nice touch, with a large courgette snagged for dinner, and the chickens, bicycles and orchard trees were a pleasant surprise.

The Shepherds View is a tremendously compact and fabulously located stay. It lacks for nothing and has much more installed equipment than you would expect. Be prepared to say hello to the friendly animal visitors!

This was an absolutely wonderful find. It exceeded my expectations. The sheep family outside the bathroom window, the help yourself vegetable patch, the horses walking by as I sat in the hot tub and the sound of the leaves from big tree overhead. It was so relaxing and just what we needed. Thank you. Can't wait to come back.

This is a stunning place with 360 views. We went in January and loved getting cosy using the stove but the underfloor heating was an added luxury and very welcome. Lots to do locally and we made use of the bikes which were great even getting across some muddy fields. We are already planning what to do for our next visit!

The hut is very private and out of sight of others which is lovely. The 'hot tub' wasn't quite that, but instead more of a large bath, but it worked. Comfortable bed. Nice small but adequate dining space. Access to bicycles was a great idea which saves anyone having to transport their own. Also free to pick your own fruit and veg in the gardens just feet away from the hut.

Shepard's view is a lovely little hidden gem getaway. Perfect for that much needed 'R and R' and to disconnect with all the daily noise. Cute and quaint, loved every minute of it xx
