Unique Hideaways is a B Corp

Since starting our journey into glamping over a decade ago, people and place have always been at the core of what we do, whether it’s the far-flung corners our hideaways celebrate or inspiring guests to embrace the joys of outdoor living while away. Alongside creating a considered space for our team, owners, and guests, our goal has always been to positively impact the communities surrounding us and the natural spaces we love so much, and B Corp has provided us with a platform to put our values to the test.  

What is B Corp? 

Certified B Corporations, or B Corps for short, are companies verified by the non-profit organisation B Lab for high standards of social and environmental performance, transparency, and accountability. These standards drew us to join the B Corp community and provide endless inspiration for our next steps. 

What B Corp means to us

Throughout our verification process, B Corp has allowed us to celebrate the things we already do and find ways to do more. We’ve installed solar panels, created local purchasing goals, dedicated more time to volunteering, and partnered with a growing number of charities.

We are incredibly proud of our score of 90.2 and cannot wait for what’s to come.
