What goes better with glamping than a good ol’ sea view...
Now that spring is finally here and summer will soon be upon us, we are all, of course, looking forward to some proper sunshine – and what goes better with that than glamping with a good ol’ sea view. Sit back with a glass of something, listening to the sea lapping at the shore and watching the sun set over the glistening blue after a long hard day at the beach, alright or perhaps a day of exploring!
Of course, sea views can very much be enjoyed out-of-season too – go on a blustery coastal walk to blow the cobwebs away, before returning to your retreat and cosying up around the wood-burner whilst taking in the view.
Come spring, summer, autumn or winter, getting away from it all never felt so good.
Check out these glamping sites with sea views:
Forget-Me-Not and Mr Blue Sky
You can see straight out to the sea at nearby Praa Sands, over fields and beyond, these coastal shepherd’s huts.
Boasting an out-of-this-world vista from its clifftop location, perched above the sandy curve of Whitsand Bay, this get-away-from-it-all retreat offers one of the most spectacular sea views you will have ever set eyes on.
Mount View Luxury Glamping - Sunrise and Horizon Safari Tents and Retreat Shepherd’s Hut
As sea views go, this one is pretty special, running from the Lizard peninsula in the east, with majestic St Michael’s Mount in the middle, to Mousehole in the west.
Tregwelan Shepherd’s Hut
This blissful bolthole has the most unbelievably stunning views over the Camel Estuary to Padstow beyond – we’ll let the picture speak for itself…
Mounts Bay Meadow Glamping – Scenic Bay, Coastal Gaze and Mount Lookout
We are very lucky to have not one but two sites with special views of Mounts Bay and the spectacle that is grand St Michael’s Mount.
Copperas Shepherd’s Hut
Just wow. The coastal view of the ever-changing ocean in front of you with rugged cliffs along the coast to the side from here just stunning.
Wild Pear Shepherd’s Hut
You will never tire of the panoramic sea view at Wild Pear, nor its dramatic coastal setting.
The Chalet on the Beach
Exactly what it says on the tin, the location of this charming chalet, quite literally sat on the beach at Monmouth, Lyme Regis, of course comes with an accompanying sea view.
Isle of Wight
Houseboats and sea views go hand-in-hand and this floating getaway is no different, with views of Bembridge Harbour that will take your breath away.
