Yoga mats are stored nearby, ready for sunrise stretches as light filters through the trees.

When slumber calls, the king-size bed dressed in sumptuous linen promises deep, restorative sleep, while a digital radio can be enjoyed for gentle music. The en-suite bathroom continues the sense of quiet luxury, with a rainfall shower, heated towel rail, refillable eco-friendly toiletries, and soft bathrobes waiting for you after days spent exploring the loch.

For those travelling with a baby, a cot, bedding, high chair and changing unit are provided.

Sink into the clear waters for a wild swim or set off by kayak to explore the curve of the coastline. Keep watch for seals breaking the surface and seabirds drifting overhead as the landscape shifts with the light.

Set on the wild west coast of the Scottish Highlands, just 2.5 miles from the harbour village of Ullapool, this hideaway places you at the heart of one of Scotland’s most awe-inspiring landscapes. Follow quiet coastal roads along the North Coast 500, or drift towards the water - with wild swims in Loch Broom and kayaking day trips with the chance to explore remote sea inlets that carve through the coastline.

Just a short drive away, Ullapool offers independent shops, cosy pubs and much-loved seafood spots, alongside bike hire for exploring Highland roads and trails. Spend an afternoon wandering galleries and bookshops, or find live music and local stories tucked inside intimate venues around the harbour. From Ullapool’s ferry port, day trips to the Hebrides open the door to other wild and remote landscapes.

For those travelling with children, the owners also run an on-site outdoor children’s nursery and forest school club during the school holidays. Rooted in nature, it’s a wonderful opportunity for little ones to explore, learn, and create, while you enjoy a little extra time to unwind.
