Warmth and charm radiate through The Dell, with beautiful wood tones welcoming you in. A comfy leather sofa topped with plush cushions invites you to sit back and relax. Gaze out the doors at the rolling scenery beyond or, as dusk settles over the countryside, draw the gorgeous curtains, light the wood burner, and switch on the TV for a cosy evening in. Whip up delicious feasts in the sleek kitchen, with a combination microwave oven, two-ring induction hob, fridge, kettle and toaster. Gather around the beautiful table for romantic dinners and family breakfasts, fuelling everyone for a day exploring South Devon’s gorgeous landscapes and picture-perfect villages.

The bedroom has been cleverly designed to fit a sumptuous king size bed and bunk beds, perfect for families looking to escape to the country. Snug bedding and rich tones create the perfect setting for a blissful night’s sleep. A cabinet separates the beds and offers a place to store your belongings during your stay, while a lovely window frames glimpses of the day ahead. The shower room sits at the other end of the shepherd’s hut and boasts a wonderful rainfall shower, toilet, and sink.

Outdoors

The outside space is utterly enchanting, from the quirky wood fence that lines the alfresco dining area to the winding path down to the fire pit. Sink into the warming depths of the wood-fired hot tub and bathe beneath a starlit sky, or sit back and slip into a rural reverie in one of the comfy sun loungers as the wind rustles through the leaves and birds sing in the distance. Gather around the flickering fire pit and toast marshmallows above the dancing flames as talk turns to the plans for the next day, be it sun-soaked afternoons on the beach or wild adventures across Devon’s rolling countryside. Close to your oasis of tranquillity sits a lovely playing field with goalposts, perfect for outdoor games with the kids.
