WilderMe CIC is a family-run not-for-profit based in South East Cornwall providing autism-friendly wellbeing adventure retreats.
Located on the Rame Peninsula, WilderMe CIC is a fantastic charity who offer life-enhancing retreats for autistic adults and families with autistic or SEND children. Creating an inclusive space, this eco-friendly glamping site offers children and adults the opportunity to relax, reconnect, and get back to nature.
On a mission to make wellness retreats more accessible to autistic adults and SEND families, WilderMe founders, Nat and Geoff, plan to develop the site even further to ensure no one is left out. Launching a fundraiser, they aim to install new glamping domes, a communal kitchen, sensory garden and outdoor classroom, and improve accessibility for guests with limited mobility.
Thrilled to be able to support WilderMe CIC, we have donated £1,600 to sponsor a new glamping geodome. This will allow more people to be able to enjoy an unforgettable glamping experience and reconnect with nature in a safe, supportive environment.
As well as inclusive spaces, WilderMe CIC also features tailor-made programs with an array of enriching activities. These include kayaking, foraging, nature treks, forest bathing, surfing, nature art classes and more so that everyone can immerse in the healing qualities of the great outdoors.
