We have an exciting opportunity for a Hideaway Specialist to join our team at our head office in Hayle, on a full-time basis.

At Unique Hideaways, we search for luxury glamping properties in the UK that are out of the ordinary. We are an independent, family-run marketing agency with years of experience in the industry. Our guests seek unforgettable escapes to nature, so we’re always looking for one-of-a-kind unique accommodation to add to our bespoke collection and we’re looking for an experienced, passionate and self-motivated individual to join our growing team.   

You’ll be responsible for expanding our portfolio with unique new properties and be involved with every step of the owner journey, from meeting a potential prospective new owner to signing a contract - and everything in between. 

Responsibilities will include: 

  • Property Acquisition  
  • Increase the portfolio with unique properties, complemented with owners who believe in our company philosophy 
  • Take new prospective owner calls and follow up leads as quickly as possible, providing a fast and efficient service in obtaining new business  
  • Visit new properties, discuss, and understand prospective owners’ requirements and advise on pricing and occupancy 
  • Liaise with owners regarding the organisation of any required managed services for the property  
  • Create mood boards and support owners with interior design
  • Work with photographers and assist with styling on a property photoshoot 
  • Complete all tasks thoroughly and efficiently, and on a timely basis
  • Maximise Sales  
  • Propose suitable pricing rates and monitor ongoing sales performance 
  • Develop positive working relationships with owners and deal with any issues that may arise
  • Advise owners on subjects from financial, planning and profitability to interior design and furnishing
  • Carry out Annual Property Inspections at properties, with the support of the wider team
  • Discuss renewal of contracts with owners on an annual basis 
  • Communication  
  • Liaise with the Marketing and Sales teams to ensure all USP’s of new properties are communicated accurately 
  • Assist in resolving any guest or owner issues relating to properties in the portfolio

This exciting, full-time role will be based in our Hayle office, but you’ll need to have the flexibility to travel nationwide so a full driving licence is a must. This is a Monday to Friday role; however, weekend cover may be required on an occasional basis.

This is an exciting opportunity within our growing organisation. A salary of £26k per annum + £4,000 OTE is on offer for the right candidate.
