The hut is perched within an impressive one acre garden, which you’ll have all to yourself (besides a silkie hen or two). Enjoy your morning cuppa on the lovely swing seat, embrace an alfresco brunch or rustle up some Italian delights in the pizza oven. After a day exploring the Peak District, treat yourself to a sunset tipple in the heavenly wood-fired hot tub or beside the flickering flames of the firepit. When you’re feeling snoozy, head inside, get snug in the cabin style bed and drift off into a sweet slumber.

Step Inside

This joyful little hut is sunshine for the soul. Enter to be greeted with wholesome countryside charm, a beautiful design and soft soothing tones. The cabin style bed is snuggled to the left of the hideaway - a lovely little den where dreamy nights’ sleep await. Embrace slow mornings with breakfast in bed and open up the sweet stable door to let fresh countryside air fill the hideaway with ease. There’s a small table, perfect for intimate dining and a characterful Everhot mini electric range, adding a pop of colour to the space. The kitchen area is simple but well equipped with everything you’ll need during your stay. Including a 2 ring electric hob, fridge with ice-box, toaster and kettle. Not to mention, it’s decorated in a calming sage green creating the most welcoming atmosphere. The shower-room is located to the right of the hideaway and is just the spot to freshen up before the day ahead. There’s also lovely fluffy robes for when you’re hopping out of the shower or heading to the steamy hot tub…

Outdoors

Flora is settled within a stunning one acre walled garden, encompassed by verdant green trees. Wander through the wooden gate and along the path to reach this rural paradise. You will be in awe from the moment you arrive, with an abundance of outside space and plenty of peaceful spots to sit back, relax and soak in the tranquillity. This hidden gem is situated on a farm in the Peak District National Park, so gorgeous scenery is promised. Say hello to your friendly neighbours; sheep, ponies and hens! Get lost in a good read on the lovely swing seat nestled at the end of the garden or enjoy breakfast alfresco fuelling the day's adventures. Evenings at Flora are just magical. As golden hues fill the sky and dusk settles over the hills of the Peak District, sizzle dinner over the barbecue or light the pizza oven and enjoy a taste of Italy. Once the wood-fired hot tub is nice and steamy, pour a glass of fizz and soak your worries away. The firepit is sure to keep you toasty on a cool starry night and the lovely owners even supply a bag of marshmallows for making s’mores! Flora is the perfect getaway from it all - you’ll be wishing to return time and time again.

Outdoor enthusiasts will be in their element here, with miles upon miles of dramatic rural landscape just waiting to be explored. Nestled on the edge of the Peak District National Park, the huts location is a dream come true. Discover wild peaks, rugged moorland, chocolate-box villages and country pubs welcoming you inside with the warmth of a crackling fire. Head out on the 7-mile Roaches circular walk - this rocky ridge is a popular spot for both walkers and climbers. It’s located above the stunning Tittesworth Reservoir, another ‘must visit’ during your stay. From sailing and kayaking to raft building and paddleboarding, there’s plenty of watersport activities on offer here. There’s two marked walking routes around the reservoir, head out on a leisurely morning stroll or take the longer 5 mile trail which boasts stunning views of The Roaches. There’s also fishing, bird watching, a cafe and a shop available on site. The Ship Inn is less than a mile away; a lovely pub serving delicious food. Slightly further from the pub, you’ll reach the local brewery, be sure to sample the local beer!

The closest town is Leek, known as the Queen of the Staffordshire Moorlands, it’s a historic town boasting eclectic shops, lovely eateries and award-winning tea. The town holds an indoor and outdoor market on Wednesdays and Saturdays, so you can pick up some fresh local produce to enjoy back at your hideaway or a little gift to take home to remind you of your trip. Blaze Farm and The Potty Sheep is an award winning farm just a 10 minute drive away. They have stunning tea rooms, pretty nature trails and a pottery and craft studio, don’t forget to sample their delicious homemade ice cream before you leave, you won’t be disappointed! The town of Buxton is a short distance away with its stunning Pavillion Gardens, home to blooming botanical gardens, an art gallery, boating lake, brewery, cafe and even a cinema - it makes for the perfect day out! Thrill seekers can head to Alton Towers, the UK’s biggest theme park or Peak Wildlife Park to come face-to-face with endangered animals. There really is an endless list of breathtaking things to do nearby, such a special location for your glamping getaway.

Extra Information

There will be a complimentary breakfast hamper waiting for you upon arrival, including fresh produce from the local artisan bakery. You can speak to the owner directly to book packages for special occasions; birthdays, anniversaries, Valentine’s Day or minimoons! Barbecue equipment is provided along with logs for the first 2 nights, you can buy more directly from the owners, should you wish.

Bed linen and towels are included in the price. There are no extra charges for cots or high chairs where they are listed in the property description on the website.

A non-refundable booking fee of £35.00 is payable per booking.
