Tucked away on the Hampshire/ Wiltshire border the location of The Burrow is truly amazing. There are a range of fantastic walks right on the hut's doorstep. The farm is set within the Clarendon Way and Monarch's Way walking routes, so you really do not have to go far for some beautiful countryside rambles, just make sure not to forget your walking boots! For nature lovers Broughton Down and Bentley Woods are close by and the New Forest National Park is just a short drive away. Extra Information
Little Buckholt Farm has been in the owner's family since the fifties. The land is still worked by the family, so on the odd occasion you may hear the tractor chugging in a nearby field or firewood being split in the yard. This shouldn't cause any disturbance to your time in nature, but will simply enhance the beauty of your authentic farm setting.
Please note that access to the hut is via an unmade track from the road to the parking area. There is parking available next to the hut which can be used in dry weather. However, you will have to drive through fields to get here so it may not be suitable for all vehicles. There is an alternative parking area behind the owners' house which is also in a field. If parking in this area, you will then have access to use a golf buggy to ride up to the hut (one of our favourite features).
