Step Inside
Stroll through the Christmas trees to reach your hideaway. From the moment you arrive, you are bound to fall head over heels in love with this little slice of heaven. Step inside to find the beautifully presented open plan living space. The large windows allow natural light to illuminate the space perfectly, whilst providing the perfect view of your stunning surroundings. Light the wood-burner and get snug on the sofas, letting your worries melt away as you sink into the calming ambience of this hideaway. The kitchen is sleek and stylish, providing you with everything you’ll need during your stay. Including electric hob, oven, microwave, fridge, washing machine and dishwasher. The idyllic bedrooms make for the perfect place to rest your head after a day of adventures, with soft linens and lovely finishing touches. Both with beautiful en suite shower-rooms. You will feel completely at home and utterly at ease during your stay at Salcombe Lodge.

This becomes even more magical during the festive season, with stars twinkling above the pretty Christmas trees. At Christmas time, you can meet the reindeers, visit Santa and dine at the lovely onsite restaurant.

Situated in the heart of the south Devon countryside, close to the stunning coastline, you have the best of both worlds during your stay at Salcombe Lodge. Just a stone’s throw away from the harbourside town of Paignton. Stroll along the pier, have fish and chips by the harbour or spend a day at the beach, the choice is yours! You can catch the ferry from Paignton harbour to the vibrant fishing town of Brixham. Pay a visit to the Golden Hind, dine at one of its lovely eateries or take a short drive to Agatha Christie’s Greenway House and delve into some literary history. On a blissful summer's day, head to the beautiful Breakwater Beach, followed by a dip in the outdoor Shoalstone seawater swimming pool.
There is an array of steam train tours to neighbouring towns and villages, along with the combined river-boat and steam railway trip between Totnes and Dartmouth. The quirky town of Totnes is definitely worth a visit, with its eclectic independent shops, delicious eateries and a weekly market on Fridays and Saturdays. A little further afield is Dartmouth, with lovely cafes and galleries. From here, you can hop on the ferry to Dittisham, a pretty, unspoilt village. For outdoor adventurers, you have Dartmoor National Park, the South Hams countryside and Haldon Forest on your doorstep. Why not try your hand at crabbing or kayaking on the River Dart then finish with a lovely meal at The River Shack. After, head back to your heavenly retreat and unwind in the bubbling hot tub under the stars...bliss!

Availability, reservations and pricing: From £172 - £281 per night
Bed linen and towels are included in the price. There are no extra charges for cots or high chairs where they are listed in the property description on the website.
There is a charge of £38 per pet per week or short break.
A non-refundable booking fee of £40 is payable per booking.
