This serene sanctuary will warmly welcome you throughout all the seasons. The space is wonderful for long, lazy winter weekends, but also perfect for a summertime escape. Choose the time of year you wish to escape to this heavenly hideaway and prepare to fall in love.
The interiors of this handcrafted haven echo the quirky wooden exterior. The open plan living, dining and kitchen space allow your evening ambience to flow effortlessly. You'll enjoy cooking up a feast in the beautiful, rustic kitchen. If you are visiting with friends, the space is perfect for a laid-back dinner party. The warm wooden interiors flow through to the bedrooms, making them the perfect space to rest your head after a day of adventure. The bathroom is generous in size and has a large shower for freshening up.

Out and About
Hidden away in the charming hamlet of Herodsfoot, the lodge is less than five miles from the beaches, fishing towns and villages of the beautiful south Cornish coast and only a little further to the dramatic landscape and mining heritage of Bodmin Moor. This enchanting hideaway offers the best that Cornwall has to offer.
The pretty harbourside village of Polperro is packed full of character and charm and is only a short drive away. A little further along the coast is the bustling seaside town of Looe. With its popular family-friendly beach and plenty of fishing trips encouraging you to catch your dinner for the evening. You are spoilt for choice for places to dine in Looe, as there's a great selection of restaurants, cafes and of course fish and chip takeaways.
The dramatic landscape of Bodmin Moor will offer a complete contrast in scenery with its gravity defying rock formations and wide-open spaces dotted with ancient tin mines. A trip to Lanhydrock (National Trust) reveals more of Cornwall's history along with the glorious gardens, parkland and a great network of cycling and walking trails.
The world-renowned Eden project and The Lost Gardens of Heligan are perfect for plant lovers. The Forestry Commission operates a holiday complex at Deerpark Forest just ten minutes' walk away, with a well-stocked shop and bar/cafe which visitors are welcome to use.
