This pretty hut is quietly settled amongst the trees in an idyllic corner of Cornwall. Wander the quaint lanes and independent coffee shops of Falmouth or spend a day at one of its golden sandy beaches with turquoise waters. Head back to your peaceful retreat for a late lunch in the dappled shade beneath the trees or get active with a spot of tennis or swim in the indoor pool. Every inch of this hideaway oozes peace and tranquillity, once you arrive, you’ll never want to leave!
Step Inside
Inside this beautifully hand-crafted hideaway, you will be greeted with sweet interiors and an abundance of countryside charm. The hut has plenty of space for two. The open-plan living area is complete with a well-equipped kitchen, lovely dining table and cosy double bed, where you are sure to have the dreamiest night’s sleep. Open up the windows on a spring morning and listen to the sweet sound of birdsong with the wind kissing the trees. Or light the wood-bruner on a chilly winter's day and get cosy with a good read. Just a few steps away, sits the smaller hut, hosting a lovely shower-room, perfect for freshening up after a wild swim.
Outdoors
The outside space is a dream come true. Step outs with a freshly brewed cup of coffee and have a few moments of mindfulness in nature's paradise. Keep an eye out for the squirrels that have made their home here, you may even get a glimpse of a shy deer. There’s a sweet little table on the patio, making for the most idyllic breakfast spot or romantic dinner setting. Nestled in a picturesque orchard, Jasmine comes to life in spring with pretty pink blooms. In summer, you will love cooking up delicious local produce over the barbecue or roaming the wildflower meadow to find secret pathways through the trees. Practise yoga by the tranquil pond before wandering back up to your hut for a romantic evening under the stars.

Jasmine Shepherd’s Hut is perfectly positioned to explore this wonderful corner of beautiful Cornwall. The sailing mecca of Falmouth is just a short distance away, boasting independent shops, cafes and art galleries. Spend a day at one of its tropical sandy beaches; Gyllyngvase with its lovely beach front cafe, Swanpool for a delicious ice cream or pretty Maenporth Beach. Be sure to dine at The Cove, part of the Michael Caines collection, for some delicious local produce.
Take the coastal path and meander towards the stunning Helford River and The Lizard peninsula, where you will find a circular walking route around the renowned Frenchman’s Creek. There are plenty of picturesque public footpaths that take you across lush countryside and rolling fields from Jasmine. Or why not cycle from coast to coast on the dedicated trail. On the outskirts of Falmouth, you'll find Enys Gardens, perfect for a relaxing stroll through some stunning greenery.
The county’s city of Truro is also a short distance away, with its cobbled streets, independent boutiques, great eateries and pretty Victorian cathedral.This picturesque location has everything you could wish for and more to create the most unforgettable holiday memories.

Extra Information
As we mentioned, Jasmine Shepherd’s Hut sits on the ground of The Emerald, a wonderful retreat with plenty to see and do onsite. You will find one other Shepherd's Hut, Juniper (3196), and a handful of holiday cottages at The Emerald, but please note you have complete privacy, with your own secluded areas to enjoy. Take a dip in the indoor heated swimming pool with colour-changing lights, play some tennis, cricket, table tennis or even go to the gym (please note, all these facilities are shared with the other guests onsite). There is a pretty wildflower meadow, peaceful pond with a pergola and lots of secret pathways for you to wander dreamily through the trees. A secluded slice of rural heaven.
Availability, reservations and pricing: From £61 - £108 per night
Bed linen and towels are included in the price. There are no extra charges for cots or high chairs where they are listed in the property description on the website.
There is a charge of £38 per pet per week or short break.
A non-refundable booking fee of £40 is payable per booking.
